Staff was friendly and helpful! Breakfast offered alot. Only downside is the barn door on the bathrooms! 🫣 we had a great stay!

Had to stay due to a trailer issue while driving on I68 near Frostburg. Great staff, overall clean some of the room furnishing are getting a bit worn and dated. That said if we needed to stay in the area again in the future, we would stay at this location.

Nice hotel but needs improvement. Beds are hard & need replacing, food could be hotter for breakfast. Ok selection but waffle maker takes too long. Flow of continental breakfast needs to be more optimal for guests.||||Shower pressure …

I would HIGHLY recommend a stay at this hotel! My room was spotless and smelled very clean. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful and the breakfast food was AMAZING. I would definitely stay there again.

I appreciate your hospitality, the room was were I asked you if I could have, but if I realized that there was some sort of gathering with families and children next to my room, I would have requested a room a little farther away (they were up late, in the pool and loud and in the morning...pool and well it's expected, all in all it was a nice place and close to my daughters

Would have been nice but women at front desk made everyone miserable. They lost business because people. They just left. Actually raised voice at customers with questions or issues. Turns tv off in lobby when geust sitting there watching and enjoying others company. Would have been nice peaceful location but she was definitely a deterrent., and i even didn't have to talk to her personally. Was just awful watching her every morning for 3 days upsetting customers.

Great hotel that I dropped in at the last minute. Breakfast was good and free. Room was clean and pretty spacious. My only big issue is that the toilet paper was very cheap one ply and rough. For that nice of a hotel and price I would expect at minimum 2ply.
